Your mentality is the most important yard-stick for success.

Your opinions, point of views, understanding and perspective of life plays a major role in forming your mentality—your mental attitude.

You must first get it right with your mind-set before anything else.

It’s not just the starting point; it’s the focal point.

A Romanian football player once said, “When the mind is not tune in, it’s more difficult to maybe make the legs go”.

I rather put it this way: “if your mind is not tune in, everything else is switch off”.

Your attitude and approach towards issues matters a lot if you will ever solve them.

Every man is a slave to the condition of his mind.

Developing the right mental attitude is the secret of every successful man.

The right mentality is the WINNING MENTALITY.

To win in life, you must first win in your mind. Winning starts from the mind.

No one who thinks failure ever wins. It is impossible!

The Old proverb of King Solomon says, “As a man thinketh in his heart; so is he”.

Your mind is a garden. Your thoughts are the seeds. Your harvest will either be tares or wheat. Negative and wrong thoughts yield to tares in your life.

Psychologists and Philosophers believes that, “man is a product of his inner thoughts”.

Your mental attitude is the mother of your character. And your character forms your personality—which is who you are.

Remember, I said the right mentality is the winning mentality.

If you want to be a winner and a champion in life, you must seek and develop the wining mentality.

What is the winning mentality?

This is the man who thinks nothing except winning in life.

He can never settle for defeat or gives up no matter the amount of failures or disappointments. He goes out to win and his ready to give his all just to win.

This is how you should approach every project in your life.

I want to ask you this: “if you think you can’t make it, who will?”

If you think you can’t do it, who will?

Listen; you are the most qualify to succeed and win in life.

Don’t look down on yourself just because of some weakness, blemish, circumstances or difficulties. We are always more than what we think about ourselves.

Don’t let any one look than on you.

When you come across people who do not belief in your dreams, talents and abilities, leave that person! Yes! Flee, for you will soon be contaminated.

Don’t be your own enemy with your mind.

 Learn to use the power of the mind to your own advantage as God intend it to be.

Don’t allow negative thoughts to hold you hostage for a crime you do not commit!

You can buy your freedom by replacing wrong and negative thoughts with positive and winning thoughts

Always examine and evaluate every thought you think.

How to Overcome Detours of Success and Achieve Your Dream

"There do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward"

Fear and discouragement are perhaps one of the most dreadful alibis
or hindrances to all life success and progress.

Fear is like a receiving a persecution for a crime you do not commit.
While Discouragement is becoming a failure already before taking a step
of action.

For you to achieve or accomplish any task, goal or project,
you absolutely can't do without essential elements like Faith,
Courage, Hope and Confidence.
Forget about achieving anything--I mean it---if you don't possess
these qualities.

Courage is only removal 'DIS' from the its front.

Discouragement is a goggle-glass that sees only mountains
and walls , but never sees a way forward or way out.

If you want to make progress in life and achieve success
you will really have pull off that goggle-glass on your eyes
and throw them into my 'village lagoon'.

Faith is an assurance of things hoped for and evidence of things
not seen.
This means Faith is the blueprint of your success or accomplishment.
Faith is the light that shines the road of success that you may walk through.
Faith is vision. It gives the lead. It gives you confidence and hope.

Your greatest enemy of Faith is YOU.
yes...YOU.

Charles Spurgeon rightly said, " Beware of no one more than
yourself; WE CARRY OUT WORST ENEMIES WITHIN".

Yes, our worst enemies that rises within us anything time
we try to succeed or take some life important action, are
fear, doubt and discouragement.

Self Confidence means taking charge of yourself and mastering your fears.
Remember, it takes boldness and courage to leave a mark.

Your greatest lose may perhaps be your lose of faith in yourself
as you strive to make it in this world.
When you lose faith in yourself, everything else might be drag into
the drain.
You've got to be sure of yourself, else you might start licking
your servant's feet.

Psychologists often says, "If a child has not a serious fall within the first year of his life,
then that child must have been too closely guarded."

**A child who is afraid to stand and walk because he is afraid to fall might as well
be ready to walk, might as well be ready to creep all his life**

The lack of courage and confidence is too costly. It's reward is a pain too great.

IT IS TIME TO COME OUT AND FLY.
IT IS TIME TO SWING OUT YOUR FEATHERS AND FLY.

People talked about playing it safe, avoid taking risk and stay small
if you don't want any regret or tears knocking at your door.

But the truth is that, Nothing is as painful as failing to take a step or decision
that might have change the cause of your life.

Life's great regrets comes from avoiding risks, not by taking them!

what do you do? TRY AGAIN.
Get success or die trying!

4. Adopt the 'no lose' philosophy.

Think positive because you have no other option.
You have to succeed; You have no other option.

5.Stop the habit of comparing, blaming and complaining.
They only fuel your doubt, discouragement and fears.

6. Avoid confidence-killers.

Run away from people who lingers and swims in fear and discouragement
They will only contaminate you and make your life miserable.
Remember, you will only become like to those you mingle and jingle it.

7. Leave your comfort zone.

Comfort Zone are only but lion's den in disguise.

The 'jack ass' mentality are people who thinks they know it all and can do all alone.
People who don't need people are but jack ass!
The 'jack ass' mentality is probably the greatest disease in humanity.

A Jack man is a jack ass!

 when you don't have them, you are truly poor and most miserable.

A jack man is a person who has the know-it-all and can-do-it-alone mentality.
This person is nothing but a 'jack ass'.

People who have the right people in their lives are the luckiest people in the world.
Working hard to build a network makes more sense than working hard as an individual.

We here people giving success formulas like 'do-it-yourself' 'work hard' 'take it a step at a time'
and so on.  But these more like a painful-archaic truth that
has lost its effectiveness in this socially-oriented world we now live in.

Here is a better truth to take to heart: When we have the right people
in  your life you will start taking six steps in a time!
Speed, efficiency, effectiveness and a result-oriented life is achievable
when you have the right people in the your life.

Now you would want to throw at me a slid-in question:

"What do you mean about RIGHT PEOPLE?"
The right people are people who stand as a light to your life.
People who will add value and color to your life.
People who believe in you and inspire courage, faith and confidence inside
of you.
People who help you to see the vision of your destination and also
motivate you on getting there!

You don't need  'Jonahs in your boat! They will only bring storm and cause
boat to sink in the sea.

A jack-man believes he has to labor and struggle to earn whatever he gets.
he has not learn the power of favor and the glory of human resources.

The best gift God gives to man is the gift of human resource.
When you have the right people in your life, you will not have to earn things
through your hard work or thick-sweat;

Sometimes, even so-called Christians, are inflicted with the 'jack ass' mentality.
They believe when they have God they don't need anything else...even people.
This is the devil's sword in the back.

Yes; without God there is no people; but also without people there is no God.
You see, if we can't have people we see and feel , how Can we have a God we cannot see.
Do not be deceived! God is a Spirit. He works and manifest Himself through people.
Now think about this: If God, with all is power, might and glory, still need human resources (People)
what about us...mere mortals!

Learn to Loverage The Wealth in People

You must get people to share and change their thoughts, knowledge and experience with you
You must get people to believe and support your dream and visions
you must get people to help you accomplish or fulfill your dreams and goals
You must get people to offer their own time, effort, resources and skill so that
You can accomplish you dreams and target.
You must get people to mentor and motivate you until to get to the top of the ladder.

    Before Anything Else...

Before you can start tapping into people's power, presence and positive impact in your life,
you must first change your opinion about people.
You must start seeing people as a treasure and a valuable asset.
You must begin to see people having to ability and capability
in helping you reach the top.

Your attitude will determine how much you get from people.
If you see less in people, you probably get less from them.

**When you treat people like a million-bucks, they will start blessing
you in a million-fold.

 friends, families, partners and even strangers...and become a person of attraction.

In all the need of man...there is this need...this inner NEED
which is called the NEED FOR ATTENTION....

Nobody want to be lost in the crowd
Everyone want to be the flower in the garden.
Even the Spectators want the camera turned to their direction!

Well...

It's not so much difficult to be seen by everyone...in fact you will be surprise to hear this:
People are eagerly waiting to see you!

It's true that, naturally, wealth and beauty are common forces that draws people to you.
(Please don't crucify me, those of you that are ugly and are poor!)

But I want to show you something different today...
Something, when taken into full practice will change your life and personality forever.

**IT ALL START IN THE MIND**

You must first transform your mind before you can ever transform your life and personality.

To transform your mind you must first change the way you think about yourself.

You mind is the mirror through which you see yourself.

If you think you are not attractive, you probably are not.

It has the capability and capacity to make you whatever you want or which.

The way you see or think about yourself is very contagious.
This means...people will begin to see and think about you the same way you think and see yourself.

(Believe me)

**CHANGE THE MENTALITY ABOUT YOURSELF, AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME**

1. Neatness: "Cleanliness is next to godliness".

Even God himself is influence by neatness and orderliness.
Nobody want to be with someone who is disorderly, scattering and dirty.
Develop a habit and lifestyle of neatness and orderliness.
People will respect and will look to you.

2. Boldness: This is one attribute distinguish the Lion from other animals in the animal kingdom.
BOLDNESS! Everyone runs to the man with the grit and gut, bold and courageous,daring and strong in the mind and heart.People will vote for you when you are bold.
It pays nothing to be a coward!

3. Style and Uniqueness: You must strive to create an image identity or personal branding for yourself.
Carve your own niche in the market, think innovation when doing things.
 It's time to move from the 'normal normal' syndrome and start thinking creatively and invent fully.

4. Funny: People want to be happy and relief.
They will jump to anyone who can give them that!
 If you are not born with the ability to make people laugh and happy, don't worry.
 Been funny is an art, and can be learned and developed.
Nobody want another melancholy, doom and gloomy friend around them.
Please do not ignore developing this skill. It will bring excitement, joy and laughter to people,
then they will stay glue to you!

5. Communication and Intelligence: Beauty without the brains makes you more ugly.
Lack of intelligence will only bring reproach and ridicule to you.
(Very true).
 People will be naturally drawn to you when they know you are intelligent.
Develop yourself. Invest in yourself. Read books. Take some courses. Attend seminars.
Build a solid house, people will run to take refuge in it

Remember, you can't continue to hide in the crowd.
It's time to turn the crowd to your direction.

3. Avoid negative communication like quarrelling, complaining and arguments: yes, it’s true that we cannot or may not absolutely live without these things, but never let these negative communications to become part of you if you desire a positive image of power.

4. Live a healthy lifestyle: You cannot be a smoker, drunker, womanizer or a party crooner and expect to build a positive self image that will influence or lead others. In these, people will see you as unfit to be a role model. First remove the stick in your eyes, before you think of others. True talk!

5. Be funny and creative: You must have a striking presence when you are among people. You must learn to heart of filling people’s heart with humor, joy and laughter. People can’t resist this!

6. Be generous with gifts: Givers never lack…never lack friends and people.

7. Become financially independent: You word or presence may sometimes not be felt among people because there is an hole in your pocket! Stop begging and relying on others. Aim at financial dependency and you will earn power for yourself.

This is perhaps the greatest need of man.

Everything we do in life is in one way or more connected to the love hole in our soul that we striveto fill

Love is the mother of all life’s pleasures, satisfaction and fulfillment.

 If you are not loved by others, it does matter how much you’ve got!

It is sweet to Love, but by experience, I can tell you that…

IT IS EVEN SWEETER TO BE LOVED.

Been Lovable?

I hear so many people say, “I am not a lovable person”, “I don’t have the charisma”.

**What makes one a lovable person?**

CHARISMA OR CHARM…**whatever you call it, its hell NO!

Been lovable is not in- born thing, because it’s not a natural gift neither is it a biological inheritance.

Yes; it’s true some people are naturally attractive.

But the first step you must  grasp, is that there is a big difference between been attractive and been lovable

Listen: JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE UGLY DOES NOT MEAN YOU CANNOT BE LOVABLE; AND ALSO, JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE ATTRACTIVE DOES MEAN YOU ARE LOVABLE!
